AMSOIL DOMINATOR® Coolant Boost - 16 oz Bottle

AMSOIL DOMINATOR® Coolant Boost is a high-performance cooling-system additive engineered to improve heat transfer, reduce engine temperatures, and enhance corrosion protection in racing and performance applications. AMSOIL says it is compatible with straight-water cooling setups and antifreeze mixtures, and that it is radiator-safe and compatible with distilled, bottled, and tap water.

Designed to increase liquid-to-metal contact using proprietary tiered-surfactant technology, DOMINATOR® Coolant Boost helps move heat away from hot engine components more efficiently. AMSOIL says it can reduce engine temperatures by up to 25°F, shorten warm-up time, and help improve efficiency, horsepower, and reliability.

Built for high-performance cooling systems, this additive is ideal for racing vehicles using straight water and for street or performance vehicles using antifreeze mixtures that need improved cooling efficiency and added corrosion protection.

Dosage

For straight-water applications: 2 fl oz per quart of system capacity
For antifreeze mixtures: 1 fl oz per quart of system capacity

Service interval

With straight water: drain, refill, and add Coolant Boost once per year
With antifreeze/water mixtures: add Coolant Boost once per year or every 30,000 miles, whichever comes first

Note

Always add with the engine off and cool. AMSOIL instructs users to shake the bottle, add the calculated amount to the radiator, then start the engine, turn the heat on high, and run for 15 minutes.
