Returns

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in brand-new condition.

Customers must contact 555 World LA before sending any return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

• Built-to-order or custom-made products
• Special-order manufacturer or distributor items
• Electrical components
• Installed, used, or test-fitted parts
• Used or final sale items
• Products missing original packaging, hardware, labels, or documentation
• Fluids, chemicals, or opened maintenance products

Manufacturer & Distributor Fulfillment

Some products may ship directly from manufacturers, distributors, or supplier warehouses. Return approvals may be subject to manufacturer policies, inspection, and restocking fees.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product, manufacturer, distributor, or supplier. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product condition.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or fulfillment begins. Special-order, built-to-order, drop-ship, or manufacturer-direct products may not be canceled once ordering or fulfillment has started.
